Ok, since Julia started mentioning one of her fave authors... (Whoo! Go, Ally Carter!!!) I thought I might mention one of my favorite authors: Terri Blackstock!!!
She writes about a wide variety of things, from teenagers with special powers (The Gifted Sophomores) to international power failures (Last Light and the rest of the series) to mysteries involving crimes, murders, and more... (basically everything else!!!)
If you're a suspense lover, try the Cape Refuge series, the Newpointe 911 series, the Restoration series, or the Sun Coast Chronicles.
If you're a girl and love heartwarming stories, try the Seasons series or Covenant Child.
If you want a really short read that still leaves you thinking, try The Heart Reader or The Gifted Sophomores.

Don't authors so creatively name their websites? I mean, if I were an author with a website, I would make it something like: wwww.kaboom-it's-gabi.com Is that just me?
